Vision insurance is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost. A vision insurance policy is not the same as medical insurance. Often medical insurance will help cover costs of an exam*, particularly if you have cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, red eyes, burning or itchy eyes, flashes, floaters, or eye pain.  Because we provide both medical and routine eye care, we accept a number of insurance plans to help cover the cost depending on your individual needs.

*Please note that a medical eye exam does not include a refraction (prescription for glasses), but rather focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.

When to have your vision procedure should be the question, not how to pay for it. We’d like to make that decision even easier for our patients. That’s why we’re pleased to offer the CareCredit ® card, North America’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your procedure immediately – then pay for it over time with monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget.
