Dustin Bodman O.D.
Dr. Dustin Bodman was raised in Brookings and graduated valedictorian from Brookings-Harbor High School. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Portland and received a B.S. in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. Dr. Bodman practices full scope Optometry for all ages and is a member of the American Optometric Society, Oregon Optometric Physician's Association, American Optometric Association and the Professional Eyecare Associates of America. He is also Vice President and board member of the Brookings-Harbor Lions Club .
Dr. Bodman specializes in contact lens fittings, dry eyes, ocular allergies, ocular disease and emergencies, diabetic retinopathy and LASIK and cataract surgery co-management. He encourages patients of all ages to receive annual eye exams in order to ensure continued visual and ocular health. He sees children starting at the age of one year and recommends that children and adults be seen every 12 months.
When Dr. Bodman is not busy at the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, traveling, camping on the Chetco River and coaching youth soccer. The Bodman's are proud to make Brookings their home where they enjoy being a part of its unique dynamic community.
Wayne R. Paulson O.D.
Dr. Wayne R. Paulson is an Honors graduate of Montana State University/Billings where he received a B.A. degree in Chemistry. He went on to receive his doctorate from Pacific University. in Forest Grove. He has completed numerous advanced studies and is certified to use diagnostic, therapeutic and ocular systemic medications. He is a member of the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association, American Optometric Association and the Professional Eyecare Associates of America. He is on the Board of Directors of the Brookings-Harbor Scholarship Foundation and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the District 17-C school board. Some of his other interests include photography, RV travel, computers and video.
